We’ve been hearing a lot of debate about teens and sleep in Fairfax County over the past few years. It’s a smart and appropriate discussion. Now we have a new study to add some spark to the debate. The Columbia University Medical Center examined the results of a NIH study involving more than 15,000 teens and their parents. What was most interesting? Teens that fell asleep after midnight are more likely to experience depression than teens that begin sleep around 10PM.
